Arborist Report - Bayswater North
Brendon was contracted in 2022 to create an Arboricultural Report for a development site in Bayswater North.
The objectives of this report was to provide the client with the following information:
• To provide an objective assessment of the subject trees condition in their current state.
• To provide a summary of species, canopy size, diameter at Breast (DBH), health, structure, useful life expectancy, retention value, tree condition, value and collect images of subject trees.
• To determine the Tree Protection Zones (TPZ) and Structural Root Zones (SRZ) of the subject trees.
• Calculation of tree (TPZ/SRZ) impacts associated with the proposed design (in accordance with AS4970-2009). Determine if the subject trees are expected to remain viable as a result of the proposed development.
• To propose recommendations that are expected to ensure that the subject trees would remain viable post construction.
• A TPZ & SRZ extents map which details extents of low impact construct methods where encroachment is greater than 10% of the Tree Protection Zone (TPZ).
