Project experience:
Cranbourne Townhouse Development

Brendon was contracted in 2022 to create a landscape plan for a townhouse development site in Cranbourne, Victoria, consisting of 54 townhouses, a kindergarten, and a commercial district with two restaurants. The landscape plan was developed with consideration for the area's natural character and compliance with relevant government policies, such as the Better Apartment Design Standards. Brendon delivered the plan on schedule and within budget, enhancing the site's unique features and improving the community's aesthetics and livability.
